He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Koller and Josephine Koller; his brothers, Leonard, Will and Johnny; his siblings-in-law, Leonard, Evelyn and Shirley; and his nephews, Randy and Raymond.

He is survived by: his wife Pat Koller; his children, Michelle Johnston (Paul) and Mark Koller (Roxanne Sauvie); his grandchildren, Samantha (Eric), Madison and Kayla (Brad); his great grandchildren, Evie and Indy; his stepgranddaughter Brittany (Jason); his siblings, Elenore, Josephine (Richard), Bud (Ann) and Ron (Pat); and also, Harvey, Milo and Sophia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
