She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Thom; her daughter Lillian Thom; her parents, Joseph Zawalsky and Anna Zawalsky; and her siblings, Mike, Ivan Zawalsky, Olga Halliday and Louise Gessner.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Blanchette (Wilf), Raymond Thom (Judy) and Vicki Weber (David); and her sisters, Helen Ponto, Ann Esterer and Irene Milligan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Mary may be made to Lady Minto Health Care Residents Fund or Edam Trinity United Church.
