She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Dribnenky; her parents, Willie Saxer and Frieda Saxer; her brother-in-law Frank Babcock; her brother Hans Saxer; her brother-in-law Bill Blackford; her son-in-law Douglas Blackford; and her nephews, Frankie Babcock, Donald Blackford and Pete Kyfiuk.

She is survived by: her children, Bryan Dribnenky (Lois) of Lloydminster and Sharon Blackford (Eli Gushaty) of Sherwood Park; her grandchildren, Simon Dribnenky (Angie) of Tulliby Lake, Gregg Dribnenky of Lloydminster, Scott Blackford (Kathy) of Kamloops and Leah Bullis (Ken) of Sherwood Park; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Anthony, Austin, Alicia, Julia, Caitrin and Eden; her siblings, Emily Blackford of Penticton, BC, Billy Saxer (Violet) of Evansburg, Irvine Saxer (Sara) of Stony Plain, AB and Fred Saxer of Evansburg; and her niece Audrey Kyfiuk.

Donations in memory of Lena may be made to St. John's Anglican Church, Alzeheimer's Society of Canada, or charity of choice.
