He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Wendy Lindsay (Bob) and Tammy Wright (Kim); his grandchildren, Cody Lindsay (Courtney), Jessica Arnold (Kelly), Kyla Lindsay, Jazmyn Gartner (Matt) and Carter Wright (Kasidy Newman); his great grandchildren, Lucy, Lila Arnold, Hendrix, Van Gartner and Brekken Lindsay; his parents, Jerry Carter and Clara Carter; his sisters, Florence Blois, Leona Carter and Doreen Cooper; his sister-in-law Mariwyn Carter; his wife Lucy Carter; his siblings, Raymond, Harry, Harvey Carter (Sylvia) and Ann Noble; his grandson Kyle Lindsay; and his grandparent King. He was also cherished by his grandkids, he was not only the best Grandpa, but he was also the best friend.
