He is survived by : his wife Elaine Bills; his children, Tanis Bowd (Ryan) of Slave Lake, AB, Warren Bills (Rebecca, family: Kennedy, Ellie, Kessler, Monroe), Trevor Bills (Dawnelle), Brier and Brennyn of Whitecourt, AB; and his siblings, Linda Whittaker (Don) of Leduc, AB, Brenda Lee (Ed) of Vermilion, AB, Lana Bills, Heraclio and Jeff Bills (Julie) of Edmonton, AB. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, chosen family and friends.
