She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Woloshyn; her parents, John Welgush and Catherine Welgush; and her brother John Jr. Welgush. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Woloshyn (Brenda) and Bonnie Burtnack (Bill); her granddaughters, Jalyssa, Mikayla, Koryssa, Amanda (Dustin), Ashlyn, Stephanie (Jon) and Shelby (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Brynn, Klara, Claire and Lila. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
