He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally Curtis and Elsie Curtis; his sister Ruth Schmidt; his brother-in-law Arnold Schmidt; and his nephew Leon Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Curtis of Lloydminster; his children, Chris Curtis (Debbie) of Edmonton and Jason Curtis (Patricia) of Edmonton; and his grandchildren, Kendra Curtis and Spencer Curtis. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
