She was predeceased by: her parents, Nickolas Bosch and Thakla Bosch; and her former husband Andrew Lakusta. She is survived by: her husband Terry; her sons, Nickolas Lakusta (Cassandra) and Alexander Lakusta (Johanna); her stepchildren, Adele Zack (Neil), Maryann McAmmond (Blaine) and Kevin Shostak (Shirral); her grandchildren, Layne, Sarah, Paige Zack, Mark, Britt McAmmond, Trayden, Lukas Shostak, Rylee, Toree Baldwin and Rosalie Lakusta; and her siblings, Leonard Bosch (Daryl), Arthur Bosch (Connie), Eileen Beger (Ed) and Carol Mark (Keven).
