He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Barnsley and Gladys Barnsley; and his daughter Joy Barnsley. He is survived by: his wife Wallie Barnsley; his children, Lori Musgrave (Scott), Trina Lacusta, Glen Barnsley (Wanda) and Jason Barnsley; and his grandchildren, Sarah Sands (Dustin, family: Katie Theiss, Emilee Musgrave, Tiara Barnsley, Kiana Lacusta, Alexis Lacusta, Chelsea Lacusta), Benjamin Musgrave and Ethan Lacusta (Adriana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace United Church (4708 50 Ave, Lloydminster, AB T9V0W4).
Donations in memory of Howard may be made to Grace United Church and Shriners Children's Hospital.
