He was predeceased by: his daughter Anita; and his parents, Hillegondus Stam and Neeltje Stam. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stam of Lloydminster; his children, Chris (Lisa) of Lloydminster, Ouden of Lloydminster, Heather Kachur (Clayton) of Lloydminster, David Stam of Lloydminster and Angela Koch of Lloydminster; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Shay, Chayse Kachur, Lucas, Hanna and Ouden.
