He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardus Groenen and Johanna Groenen (Lemmen); his wife Anna Cisse; and his siblings, Leo of Holland, Matt of Holland, Pete of Holland, Marie of Holland and Alda of Holland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Worman (Bill), Joanna Sookocheff, Leona Yez (Don), Wilma Groenen, Petra Groenen and Anne Lazurko (David).
