He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Boser and Barbara Boser; his sister Marlene Gazdewich; his siblings-in-law, Gerry Gazdewich and Marian Deveyrack; his grandson Colton Newsham-Pierce; and his daughter-in-law Shannon Quinton.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Dion Boser of Lloydminster, AB and Monty Boser (Sharon) of Lone Rock, SK; his grandchildren, Colby, Montana and Chaise Boser; his sister Marian Braan (Ivan) of Battleford, SK; his nieces, Cheryl Ann Kleinbub (Jason) of Toronto and Verna Lee O'Neill (Kevin) of Kimberly, BC; his brothers, Ron (Dee) of Burlington Ontario and Bob Boser (Chris) of Lloydminster; his nieces and nephews, Marty (Glenna) of Lloydminster, AB, Nicole McLean (Todd) of Lashburn, SK, Garth Gazdewich (Cheryl) of Calgary, AB and Melissa Studer (Kelly) of Lloydminster, SK; his brother-in-law Laurence Wegleitner (Pat); his nieces and nephews, Kristie Wegleitner (Doug Baert) of Lloydminster, AB, Angie Pickford (Jim) of Wainwright, AB and Stacy Wegleitner; his brother-in-law Dwayne Deveyrack; and his niece Amanda Abbott (Cody). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
