He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Avis. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Cooke; his sons, Mark, Leonard (Rhonda Harder) and Mike (Wanda Hansen); his sister Bonnie; and his grandchildren, Jack, Ali, Sheridan, Kennedy and Ashten. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
