She is survived by: her husband Eddie Lemko; her children, Tammy Jezowski (Neil) and James Lemko (Michelle Buck); her grandchildren, Megan Jezowski, Emily Jezowski, Jesse Lemko and Brody Gandzalas; her great grandchild Axton Gandzalas; and her siblings, Iris Yawney, Irene Yawney, Rudy Yawney (Chris), Mary Stefaniw (Tom), Nick Yawney (Lorna), James Yawney (Kathy) and Jerry Yawney (Sandi). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
