He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cuthbert and Eleanor Cuthbert; his sisters, Baby Cuthbert, Ivy Woytovicz, Doris Norman and Edna Green; his brothers-in-law, James Reid, Nick Woytovicz and Frank Norman; and his nephew James Reid.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Harry Green; his sister Clara Reid; and his niece Eleanor Shaw (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
