He was predeceased by: his son Roy; his parents, Even Eggen and Magna Eggen; and his sisters, Rachel McLean (Art), Berit Reece (Cecil) and Agnes McKay.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen; and his children, Alan (Linda), Eivind (Joyce), Catherine (Martin) and Connie (Tim). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren,; 21 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations, in Lieu of flowers, in memory of Eivind may be made to Lloydminster Salvation Army Church.
