He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Michael (Colleen); his granddaughters, Morgan and Natalie; his daughter Connie Adams (Ted); his granddaughters, Jade, Katlyn and Hayley; his siblings, Peggy McKenzie (Ian), Lois Hogg and David; his siblings-in-law, Narcisse Caffet and Marion Eddleston (Joe); and his granddaughters, Kelsey Collins-Girard (Jesse) and Taylor Collins-Grossklaus (Andrew).

Donations in Doug's memory may be made to the Paradise Valley Fire Department, Paradise Valley Ag Society or to a charity of the donor's chocie.
