She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Johnson and Elsie Johnson; her siblings, Dale Johnson and Peggy Wooff; her parents-in-law, Mabel Cottam and Mel Cottam; and her brothers-in-law, Brian Edwards and Dale Backus.

She is survived by: her husband Calvin Cottam; her daughter Tammy Johnson-Dyck; her grandchildren, Tanya Wilm and Bowie Wilm (Krista); her great grandchildren, Taya, Zayden and Skylar; her grandson Luke Dyck (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Lukus and Lacey; her son Blake Johnson (Tanya); her grandson Brendan Johnson; her brother Blake Johnson (Dorothy); her siblings-in-law, Henry Wooff, Elaine Backus, Yvonne Edwards and Pauline Barr (George); and her close friend Charlene Bannerman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousin;. and very special cousin.
