She was predeceased by : her former life partner Fred Swyripa; her husband Tom Hill; her son Todd Swyripa; her parents, William McLennan and Joyce McLennan; and her brother David McLennan.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Chorney (Tim) and Doug Swyripa (Kelly); her grandchildren, Devin Swyripa (Kaleen), Jenna Young (Lenny) and Riane Chorney; her great grandchildren, Braylee Young, Blake Young, Austin Young and Hunter Lowrie; and her sisters, Rose McLennan, Bonnie Thiessen (Howard), Sherry Hein (Roy) and Shelley Lumb. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
