He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mickelson and Alta Mickelson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mickelson; his daughters, Hannah Bexson (Kris), Jane Snider (Brian) and Paula Mickelson; his grandchildren, Grace, Beth, Summer Bexson, Oscar and Sophie Snider; his siblings, Harold Mickelson (Karen), Karen McCallum (Ian) and Joy Allen; and his siblings-in-law, John Campbell and Nancy McGregor (Ken). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
