He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Herle (Kathy) and Lena Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Casey Blanchette (Nathan); his grandchildren, Knightley and Drew Blanchette; his girlfriend Susan "Molly" Turner; his sister Nicole Herle Moore (Dave); his stepsisters, Barbie, Misty and Cindy; and also, Bob Miller, Randy and Robbie.
