He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Klassen and Katherine Klassen; his wife Katie; his sisters, Hertha (Jake Doerksen), Martha (Aron Willms) and Hilda (Harvey Rowe); his brothers-in-law, John and Jake Siemens; and his nephew Doug Siemens.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin, Clarence, Eric and Ruby; his former wife Grace; his children, Mike and Kelly; and his family, Marv, Grace Poettcker, Clarence, SuAnn Poettcker, Eric, Ruth Poettcker, Ruby and Dean Adie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren & spouses, and eighteen great-grandchildren & two spouses.
