He was predeceased by: his parents, Elenore Kuhn and Wilhelm Kuhn; his wives, Ilse Kruger and Ida Kuhn; his sister Freida Anton; and his birth father Johann Kuhn.

He is survived by: his children, Lorraine Kaufmann (Adrian), Lily Chameroy (JC), Marianne Mowat (Bruce), Rose Skierka (Dan), Anne Bisheimer and John Kuhn (Sofia); his grandchildren, Braden Kaufmann, Matthew, Kyle Chameroy, Justin, Olivia Kuhn, Jade (Tyler), James Skierka and Kevin Mailman (Cheryl); his niece Corrina Werbecky (Frank); his nephews, Terry Anton (Leona), Ken Anton (Bonnie), James Anton (Jan), Barry Kruger (Tonya) and Alan Kruger (Christine); his sister Irm Kuhn; and his friend Ed Ruff (Luba). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
