He was predeceased by: his wife Anna; and his son-in-law Jean Lambert. He is survived by: his children, Nadia Westoby (Don), Katharine Lambert, Maria Maine (Bob) and Paul Kostiuk. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
