She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart Dorchak; her daughter-in-law Lynne Dorchak; her granddaughter Heather Dorchak; her parents, Alexander Slawosky and Katrina Slawosky; and her brothers, George, Mike and Edward Slawosky.

She is survived by: her children, Ron Slawosky (Debbie), Dan Dorchak (Brenda), Cindy Howg (Merlyn), Brad Dorchak, Kathy Dorchak (Ken), Joel Dorchak (Gwen) and Monte Dorchak (Ildiko); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Slawosky, Taletta Dorchak, Lillian Davies and Karen Dorchak. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
