He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Melnychuk of Yorkton, SK.. He is survived by: his spouse Renay Ashton; his daughter Randa Melnychuk of Lethbridge, AB; his stepchildren, Jessica Wiebe of Lethbridge and Steven Ashton of Red Deer, AB; his granddaughter Hayley Bronson of Lethbridge; his mother Glenda Schumacher of Lethbridge; his brothers, Mike Melnychuk of Dublin Ireland, Steve Melnychuk of Lethbridge and Dave Melnychuk of Lethbridge; and his nephews, William and Devan Melnychuk.
