He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Gordon (Joy) of Raymond, Gail Mitten (Gordon) of Lethbridge, Debra Jensen (Gordon) of Lethbridge and Wendy Gerlock (Jim) of Lethbridge; his sisters, Sadako Tagami and Jeannie Takahashi; his sister-in-law Mary Saruwatari; his parents, Juzo Saruwatari and Ai Saruwatari; his daughter Suyeko; and his siblings, Mamoru, Takayuki, Minoru, Sakae, Kashiko, Ritsuko and Toshiko. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Those who wish may make donations to the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta or the charity of your choice.
