He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Laurel, Laurie Linaker, Jim and Marie Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his parents, Darren and Beckie; his parents-in-law, Terry and Angela Prenoslo; his siblings, Ben (Keelen), Alexa (Scott) and Jackson (Alix); his siblings-in-law, Erin (Alex), Brian (Kaitlin), Donald (Erika) and Colleen; and his nieces and nephews, Lennox, Nora, Joseph and Anna.
The family is grateful to the caring staff of the Red Deer ICU, Red Deer EMS, the University of Alberta Neuro ICU, and the HOPE program that supported us in sharing Tom's selfless ways through organ and tissue donation.
