He is survived by: his wife Tina Bouwsema; his children, Patricia Gregory (Dave), Linda Herbert (Ed), Bruce Bouwsema (Rita), Barry Bouwsema (Darlene) and Gloria Kinsella Rindfleisch (Harvey); his grandchildren, Dan Gregory (Stephanie), Christy Gregory, Tyler Herbert, Evan Herbert, Joel Herbert, Timothy Bouwsema (Kate), Cheryl Bouwsema, Mitchell Bouwsema, Melissa Bouwsema, Joshua Kinsella (Jenna), Alexis Kinsella, Rachel Weber (Eric) and Michelle Kerr (Braden); his great grandchild Harper Gregory; and his siblings, Tina Koning and Ed Bouwsema (Sylvia). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
