She is survived by: her spouses, Rick Hayward and John McCallum; her children, Debbie Newman (Cam), Brent Hayward (Tammy), Bradley Hayward (Andy) and Curtis Hayward; her stepchildren, Steve (Carina), Jim (Susan), Carolynn and Ron; her sisters, Donna Fornwald and Cindy Mellom; and her pet Poochie. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
