She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Benson and Beth Benson; her husband John Konynenbelt; her brothers, Harold and Anson Benson; and her siblings-in-law, Hermina (Mint), Bill Loslo, Arie, Leida Konynenbelt and Marie Plomp (Toots).

She is survived by: her son Kevin Konynenbelt (Chris Bell); her grandchildren, Declan Konynenbelt and Kieran Konynenbelt (Sarah Walker); her daughter Pam Bender (Mike); her grandson Ian Pollard; her daughter Ashlyn Wendland (Kyle); her brother Ken Benson (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Rosemarie Benson, Trudie Slomp (Bert), Bill Plomp and Galen Konynenbelt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
