He is survived by: his spouse Dana Fabbi; his daughter Jeunine Champagne; his grandchildren, Jordan and Rocco; his son Blaize (Mylissa); his grandchildren, Mylo and Willow; his son Josh Fabbi; his brother Ken Fabbi; his brother-in-law George Modrzejewski (Barb); his nephews, Colby and Brett; his sister-in-law Judy Montgomery (John); and also Tracey Faulkner.
