He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McAdam and Ouida McAdam; his sister Sandy; his brother-in-law Bill; his nephew-in-law Todd; and his nephew Curtis.

He is survived by: his wife Dixie of Lethbridge; his children, Amber (Kenny Joss) and Erin McAdam (Grant Murray); his grandchildren, Xander and Alexis; and his sisters, Maureen Matson (Roger), Cicine (Francis Smith), Betty Carbert (Darrell Piehl) and Sue (Andy Reeves). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as their kids.
