He is survived by: his sisters, Charlaine Balazic (Les) of Strathmore and Karen Quint (Eric) of Calgary; his wife Sharon Huntrods; his children, Chad Ivie (Kari) of Lethbridge, Phoebe, Hayden of Ottawa and Tyler Ivie (Justyna); his grandsons, Oliver and Luke of Calgary; and his close friend Bill Morgan.
