He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie and Claude; his brothers, Tom and Bill; his son Darryl; and his son-in-law Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene of Lethbridge; and his children, Wendy Weber (Larry) of Strathmore, Kim Douglas (Harvey) of Calgary and Marg Peden of Vancouver. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
