He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baumstark and Lillian Baumstark; his siblings, Charlotte Baumstark and John Jr. Baumstark; and his son-in-law Alan Giofu.
He is survived by: his wife Therese Baumstark; his daughter Patricia Giofu (Leonard); his stepdaughter Diane Weiss (Les); his son Jim Baumstark (Bridget); his stepsons, Robert Jakubowski (Caroline) and Michael Jakubowski (Angie); and his sister Pat Szos of Chicago. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and his many friends.
