He was predeceased by: his grandson Stephen; his stepgrandson Michael; and his wife Sylvia Dunn. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Brenda), Robert (Jenny) and Elaine Forestell (Clair); and his grandchildren, Shannon, Erin, Tara, Megan, Lindsay and John. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
