Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis Slovack of Lethbridge, Alberta, born in Raymond, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 95, on December 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her children, Garth Seely and Rita; her husband Matthew Slovack; her grandchildren, Jason Slovack and Joanne Watmough; her brothers, George Bissett and Alvin Bissett; and her parents, Aubrey Bissett and May Bissett.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Wheatcroft of Calgary, Linda, David, Colleen Slovack of Lethbridge, Ken Slovack of Oliver, BC, Joan and Dan Metzger of Red Deer; and her sister Audrey Kesler. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis's name to the STARS Air Ambulance, 1441 Aviation Park NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8M7.
