He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wiest and Edith Wiest; his daughter Mary; his siblings, John (Vera), Phyllis Howg (Art), Wilfred (Dorothy), Lola Bataldon (Roy), George (Jessie), David, Roy, Cecil (Olivia), Francis (Mike), Charles, Helen, Elsie Bryant (Allan), Reginald and Richard; and his stepson Bradley Hooper.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Wiest, Beverly Wickenheiser (Dale) and Robert Wiest (Marlene); his grandchildren, Jason Lay (Noemi Loor), Adrian Wickenheiser, Kerri Wickenheiser (Mehul Sangham), Ken Wickenheiser, Mathew Wiest (Britny), Stephanie Honess (Riley) and Rylan Wiest (Jaylynn); the mother of his children June Fekete; his sisters-in-law, Verna Wiest, Maisie Wiest, Louise Wiest (Wilson), Martha Wiest and Karen Wiest (Wade Worthington); and his stepchildren, Deb Glaister (Bill), Joanne Hooper and Bryan Hooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
