She is survived by: her parents, Asael Butler and Effie Butler; her spouse Byron Y. Low; her children, Shelly Hill (Dennis), Todd Low (Robbie), Shannon Low (Josh Heggie) and Desiree Harris (Jeremy); and her brothers, LeVerre, Sylvan and Clinton Butler. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
