She is survived by: her spouse Hiroshi "Syd" Adachi; her children, Stan, Janet (Peter), Carol (Neil) and Cheryl (Mike); her grandchildren, Jon (Claire), Krista (Geoff), Paul (Erinne), Kelsey (Carson) and Taylor (Kara); her great grandchild Anouk; her siblings, Tom (Barb) and Chiyoko (Rick); and her grandson Cade.
