He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Malcolm (Majda), Christine and Pamela (Ivan); his grandchildren, Michael (Anastasia), Katherine (Derek) and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Lily, Marian and Veronica; his brother-in-law Keith (Joyce); his nieces and nephews, Nichola (Anton) and Jacqueline (Oliver); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson, Bronwen and Bryn.
