Kazuo Kitagawa Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2021, at the age of 94, Kazuo Kitagawa of Lethbridge, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denichiro and Iku of Taber; his siblings, Akira, Shigeru and Emiko; and his brother-in-law Roy Nakasturu of Coaldale.
He is survived by: his wife Kumiko Rosemary Kitagawa (Rosemary) of Lethbridge; his son Tom (Barbara) of Edmonton; his granddaughter Kristen (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Kade and Avery of St Albert; his granddaughter Jennifer of Calgary; his daughters, Linda (Paul) of Edmonton and JoAnn of Airdrie; his grandson Cole; his brother Kenichi (Ken) of Pincher Creek; his sister-in-law Sue Kitagawa (Masaru) of Lethbridge; and also Rob of Edmonton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
As a result of the restrictions regarding COVID-19, and the government recommendations, plus respecting dad's wishes, a private funeral service was held at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, Lethbridge on Saturday, February 6 2021 at 3:00 P. M.
