It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of June Mowers (Lethbridge, Alberta), born in Folkestone, South East, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Baumann and Constance Baumann; her brother Harold; and her husband Cleo Mowers. She is survived by: her stepbrother Harold Philpot; her children, Anthony of Toronto, ON and Jennifer (Reg) of Middle Sackville, NS; her grandchildren, Ron (Tracy) of Stettler, AB, Galen of Halifax, NS, David of New Plymouth, NZ and Clare of Toronto, ON; and her great grandchildren, Remi of Stettler, AB and Eboni of Stettler, AB.
It was the wish of June that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to an organization that is dedicated to the protection and rehabilitation of wild animals.
