He was predeceased by: his brother Peter; and his former wife Margaret Hicks. He is survived by: his daughter Laura (Glenn Hermann) of Chestermere, AB.; his wife Marg; his son Keith Duff (Jeannie) of Lethbridge, AB; his grandchildren, Lindsey (Blake Corey) and Carson Duff; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Jackson Corey.

Due to Covid-19, a celebration of John's life will be held at a future date when we can safely gather.
