He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Margaret Lewicki; and his siblings, Danny Lewicki and Mary Klopp. He is survived by: his children, Derek Lewicki and Denise Lewicki Kamphuis; his grandchildren, Connor, Alexandria, Ethan Kamphuis, Bailey, Kassidy and Mackenzie Lewicki; and his siblings, Stanley Lewicki and Anne Moser.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at SALMON & SONS FUNERAL HOME 433 Stubb Ross Road South (entrance to the airport), with Deacon Bill Young officiating In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jack Ady Cancer Centre, 960 19 Street S Lethbridge, Alberta T1J 1W5.
