He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank Kramer and Henny Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Kramer, Tony Kramer, Carolyn Kramer, Simon Kramer, Nancy Pohn (Peter) and Joanne Eves (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Brendan Kramer, Geoffery Kramer, Tianna Kelly (Shane), Kristy Fitzsimmons (Erich), Taryn Christensen (Trey) and Cameron Kramer; and his great-nephews, Roanne Kelly and Emmett Fitzsimmons.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
