It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Vaselenak (Lethbridge, Alberta), born in Coalhurst, Alberta, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Woloschuk and Ann Woloschuk; her husband John Vaselenak; her son Norm; her grandson Cody Duncan; and her sisters, Mary Bogusky (Tony) and Gladys Vaselenak (Donald).

She is survived by: her daughter Marlene Doram (Dave); her grandchildren, Kelly Wiebe (Kevin), Doug Doram (Annabel), Cindy Greig (Mark) and Wendy Rook (Guy); her son Mel Vaselenak (Jean); her grandchildren, Alan Vaselenak (Tamara) and Janel Martens (Benny); her daughter Sandra Duncan (Keith); her grandchildren, Shantel Lyons (Kevin), Nathan Duncan (Francy) and Seth Duncan; her daughter Debbie Hanna (Terry); her grandchildren, Nicole Hanna (Troy Langworthy), Chris Hanna (Stacey) and Lauren Peterson (Cory); her great grandchildren, Levi Wiebe (Taryn), Jami Murray (Rustin), Ryan, Jordan Doram, Jaden, Logan, Teigen Rook, Kyra, Dara, Ridly Greig, Alissa, Carter, Ryerson Vaselenak, Wyatt, Sienna, Lena Lyons, Sadie, Jase Martens, Hayden, Chloe Hanna and Isla Duncan; her great great grandchildren, Andi, Bostin Murray and Townes Wiebe; and her sister-in-law Irene (Mike). She is also survived by Friends and family.
