He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne; his parents, Harold Rutledge and Lillian Rutledge; and his siblings, Bill Rutledge, Glenn Rutledge and Jean Anne Drake.

He is survived by: his daughters, Patti MacPherson (Jim), Joni Rutledge, Cheri Korol (Randy) and Cindy Gehring; his grandchildren, Jayme, Christopher, Danielle, Devyn and Quinn; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Michael, Benjamin, Alexander, Haliana, Zoey, Logan, Ethan and Mason. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
