He is survived by: his daughter Breanne O'Brien; his father Ernest Frank; and his siblings, Dan (Julie), Terry, Jessie (Doris), Jodi Frank and Sherri Fowers (Mitch). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
